• Automated valves are used in fluid control applications where valves are remote, a safety interlock is required, valves are operated frequently or valves are controlled by a PLC. Electric Actuators: DynaQuip electrically actuated ball valves utilize either a DynaQuip DE, MA or JE series actuator, depending upon the torque requirement of the valve and the application. DynaQuip actuators are available in multiple standard AC and DC voltages. DE Series Electric Actuators: Cast aluminum, powder coated housing, Buna-N seal on stainless steel output shaft and override, 115 VAC 50/60 Hz, permanently lubricated, can be wired in parallel, -40 °F to 150 °F temperature range. MA Series Electric Actuators: Cast aluminum, epoxy polyurethane paint, high alloy steel gear train with side mounted hand wheel for manual override, 115 VAC 50/60 Hz, permanently lubricated, 10 °F to 140 °F temperature range, four limit switches plus local position indication. (DynaMatic automated valve part numbers ending with E01 or E02.) JE Series Electric Actuators: Multi-voltage capable, can be configured for fail-safe or modulation functions. Includes a protective electronic torque limiter, emergency manual override and an internal thermostat-controlled anti-condensation heater to help prevent damaging moisture build-up. External DIN plug connectors allow for quick and easy wiring without the need to open the unit. DynaMatic automated valve part numbers ending with JE2S, JE3S or JE5S.) Pneumatic Actuators: Single- or double-acting models. Hard anodized aluminum body, aluminum alloy piston and end cap, ENP forged steel drive shaft, Buna-N seals, Delrin 500 bearings, -4 °F to 176 °F temperature range, NAMUR connections. Spring-return DynaMatic automated valves are also available in fail-open orientation. A solenoid pilot valve is recommended for electrically controlling supply air. Sold separately.

Forged brass body, chrome-plated brass ball (2" is stainless steel), RTFE seat and thrust washer, blowout-proof stem design, Viton® O-ring stem seals, ISO 5211 direct mount platform, media temperature range -20 °F to 370 °F.
