Falk Lifelign® Gear Couplings

Affordability: Lifelign® Gear Couplings are a cost-effective option. The industry’s highest torque rating and largest bore capacity result in savings of up to 35% compared to the competition.

Increased Uptime: Long Term Grease (LTG) lubrication and a four-point seal provide maximum lubrication retention, extend the coupling life and contribute to reduced maintenance needs.

Better Equipment Protection: Lifelign’s triple-crowned teeth are crowned on the root, tip and face to articulate freely, minimizing wear caused by misalignment. The triple-crowned teeth protect equipment from damaging loads by eliminating tip-loading while reducing backlash and radial clearances.

Interchangeability: AGMA bolt pattern, half for half interchangeability makes Lifelign a replacement option for other gear coupling brands.

FALK'S LIFELIGN® GEAR COUPLING is GREAT FOR THE FOREST INDUSTRY:

• Large flex hubs accommodate high-torque applications in space-limited installations

• 21 sizes and 13 models for general purpose, high-speed and high-torque applications

• Up to 23.75 inches (603.3 mm) bore capacity

• Up to 14,490,000 in-lb (1,637,150 Nm) torque capacity

• Three-year, heavy-duty warranty, provided by Rexnord

Falk Steelflex® Grid Couplings

You want a trusted name when it comes to providing power transmission products that improve productivity and efficiency. Known for durability in critical applications, Falk Steelflex® Grid Couplings combine the economy and high torque capacity of a gear coupling with the torsional flexibility and low maintenance of a disc or elastomeric coupling.

Falk Steelflex Grid Couplings are available in the widest range of sizes and accommodates the highest torque load of 8,250,000 lb-in (932,250 Nm). Offering a comprehensive set of options ensures the Falk Steelflex Coupling is the right product for an assortment of our customers' applications.

FALK'S STEELFLEX® GRID COUPLING IS GREAT FOR THE FOREST INDUSTRY:

• Third party testing has shown that Falk Steelflex Couplings are 4.7X and 16X more durable than the top two competitors, and capable of surviving up to 2X longer in real-life misalignment conditions

• Absorbs shock load, low maintenance

• Up to 8,250,000 in-lb (932,250 Nm) torque capacity

• Five-year, heavy-duty warranty, provided by Rexnord

Rexnord Omega® Elastomeric Coupling

Rexnord Omega® Couplings are well recognized as the industry benchmark for elastomeric tire couplings. These non-lubricated, material-flexing split-in-half couplings are used in a variety of demanding applications. They also have an excellent vibration damping capability, helping to extend the life of your connected equipment. They offer high misalignment capacity, easy installation, and replace-in-place design while accommodating a wide range of shaft gaps.

REXNORD'S Omega® Elastomeric coupling is GREAT FOR THE FOREST INDUSTRY:

• Anti-corrosive coated steel shoe and stainless-steel hardware available with Omega HSU-J Green

• Split-in-half design for easy assembly and replacement without having to remove the hubs or realign equipment

• Interchangeable hubs between closed coupled and spacer elements allow for reduced inventory

• Polyurethane-to-metal bond minimizes coupling components and eliminates fretting wear between the hub and element
associated with jaw and sleeve coupling designs

• Radial bolting provides easier access than axially bolted couplings in a confined design envelope

• Two rows of radial holes grant more spacing adjustability

• High-misalignment capacity accommodates unavoidable misalignment with reduced reactionary forces on connected equipment

• Torsionally-soft, weight-balanced flex elements cushion shock loads and vibration to protect connected equipment
