Select Weatherhead by Danfoss hydraulic hose styles now feature improved wire reinforcement technologies, new insulation materials, and innovative construction to provide industry leading performance – and can allow for an increase in pressures on select Weatherhead hose styles by an average of +24% over the competition. The Weatherhead Diamond Advantage means higher pressure ratings, improved working temperatures, and better abrasion resistance.

Improvements in higher hose operating temperatures are the direct result of Danfoss' advancements in rubber technology. Weatherhead by Danfoss now has the highest temperature ratings compared to similar competitive products designed to meet EN specifications. Select Weatherhead braided and spiral hose part numbers now meet -40°C to +127°C (-40°F to +260°F).

WeatherheadSHIELD™ covers promote better abrasion resistance – more resistant than the traditional rubber covers. Diamond Advantage hose products are indicated by this diamond on the hose layline.
